Your data: where, how long, why

Last updated: 4 September 2026

Dopamine Tracker ("the app") is a screen time tracker and app blocker for Android. This policy explains which data the app processes, which of it stays on your phone, and how you can delete it.

1. Data that stays on your phone

The following is kept only in the app's database on your device and is never sent to our servers:

Uninstalling the app deletes this data from your device.

2. Data synced with your account

You can use the app without an account; an anonymous identity is created in that case. If you sign in with email or Google, the following is stored on our servers (Supabase infrastructure, European Union data centre) tied to your account:

Usage time, blocking rules and focus sessions are not synced with your account.

3. Third-party services

These services are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.

4. Permissions

5. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and everything tied to it from Profile → Delete my account; deletion is immediate. On-device data is removed when you uninstall the app.

6. Children

The app is not designed for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
